Beverly's repertoire spans over five decades, a few continents, and several different musical ventures, including "The Bossa Nova Project" (Portuguese and English), “Frank Loesser is the Most,” and “Latina Esquina.” She's performed at lots of local venues, jazz festivals out of town from Barrie to Warkworth, as well as Toronto City Hall, The CNE, and the TD Toronto Jazz Festival, to name a few.  Her 2014 recording "Beverly Taft Meets the Nathan Hiltz Orchestra" featured ten original jazz and blues songs played by an top shelf eight-piece band, and was called “an ebullient parfait” (Wholenote) and “a meeting of advanced musical minds” (New Canadian Music), and CBC Radio’s Errol Nazareth praised its “voice that envelopes you like a warm embrace, and music that's executed perfectly by some of Toronto's finest jazzers.”  At their matinee show July 16th, Beverly and the all-star band of Adrean, Steve and Ernesto will perform bossa, blues, swing, jazz, ballads, Loesser compositions, and originals.
