Hotel Policies

Check-in

3PM EST (15:00) to 11PM EST (23:00)
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.

*Payment for hotel stay will be processed the morning of your check-in date. Signatures will be required upon check-in.

Check-out

11AM EST (11:00 hours)

Cancellation / Prepayment

*Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
*Cancellations must be made 2 days before your check-in date. Otherwise the cancellation charge will be 100% of the reservation.
*If your credit card is declined, you will be notified to update your credit card information. Reservations will be cancelled if: You have not updated your credit card information within the time allotted and/or You have not checked-in by 11pm without proper notification

Children and Extra Beds

Free! Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Maximum Guests Per Room

Two.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at The Rex

COVID-19 Updates

During this phase of COVID19, it is very important that we adhere to government guidelines in order to protect you, guests, staff, and other members of the public. The following guidelines will help you prepare for your arrival, as well as help us maintain a safe space for everyone.

The new standard of wearing a mask or face covering is going to continue being enforced. This means that anyone entering or remaining on our premises is required to wear one that covers their nose, mouth and chin.
Please keep 6 feet (2 meters) away from other people as often as possible.
We will not be providing our usual daily housekeeping to rooms in order to prevent contamination. Housekeeping services available upon request. If you need some sort of service please do not hesitate to ask our reception.
Currently there is no service in our bar/restaurant, though we hope this service reopens soon. In the meantime our reception can recommend places nearby to eat or drink.

Regarding the check-in process specifically, we’ve also implemented some changes to facilitate a clean and safe experience for everyone.

In order to promote a touchless check-in and check-out, we will ask that you arrive with a government-issued Identification card that includes your picture, name and address.
Please be assured that your reserved room has not been occupied the previous night, and that it has been cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
If you have multiple guests please email us with the full name of each guest prior to arrival in order to minimize delays upon check-in.
