Alec Fraser

Alec Fraser has played electric bass guitar for The Jeff Healey Band, Jerome Godboo, Gus Papas & The Bottle Devils, the upright bass for Brokenjoe and now a new duo with Mike Daley called (what else) Fraser Daley.  He has recorded and or played with Bo Diddley, the Drifters, Willy ‘Big Eyes’ Smith, Sam Myers,Walter Trout, Paul Oscher, Gilby Clark, Ray Benson, Pinetop Perkins, Ian Gillian, Finis Tasby,Mel Brown,Curly Bridges, Harmonica Shah, Kenny’ the blues boss’ Wayne and Norton Buffalo as well as many Canadian artists like David Wilcox, Jack de Keyser, Morgan Davis, Matt Masters, Danny Marks, Rick Fines, Julian Fauth, Paul James, Pappy Johns, Jerome Godboo, Fathead, young blues singer Jimmy Bowskill and gospel sensation Danny Brooks.  As a producer he has three Juno awarded albums and multiple Mapleblues awards for recording and bass playing.
