Whitney Ross-Barris and Sam Broverman have been singing together for almost fifteen years, appearing in venues across Toronto, including The Jazz Bistro, The Old Mill, The Rex and Lula Lounge, as well as being featured at the Kensington Market Jazz Festival on multiple occasions. The repertoire they draw from is wide-ranging – from Irving Berlin, Jules Styne and Johnny Mercer to Tom Lehrer, Tom Waits and Joni Mitchell. This year marks the 13 th year of Sam’s popular Jewish Boy’s Christmas cabaret show, in which Whitney is a yearly guest. They continue to delight audiences with their warm, friendly onstage rapport and great comedic timing.
