Check-in
3PM EST to 11PM EST (no late check-ins)
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.
Payment must be made upon check-in by the registered guest. Payment Options: Cash, Debit, Credit Card, eTransfer or Paypal to avi@therex.ca. Non-refundable processing fees added for payments made with Paypal (non-refundable 3% processing fee) and Credit Cards (non-refundable 2% processing fee).
Payment MUST be made with CHIP AND PIN enabled Visa/Mastercard/Amex or Interac Debit card. Cash payment can be made with guest's pre-authorized credit card.

Cancellation / Prepayment
*Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
*Cancellations must be made 3 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the reservation. Cancellations of reservations made via Google or paid via Paypal, will always have a 15% Non-Refundable penalty regardless of date of cancellation.
*If your credit card is declined, you will be notified to update your credit card information. Reservations will be cancelled if: You have not updated your credit card information within the time allotted and/or You have not checked-in by 11pm without proper notification
Accessibility
Due to the historic age of the building, at our hotel we have NO ELEVATORS.
ALL rooms are accessible ONLY via stairs.
Children and Extra Beds
Free! Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum Guests Per Room
Two.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at The Rex
